This Privacy Policy explains how SmartblockBevrages FZ LLC (doing business as “ZeLoop”) (“ZeLoop”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data when you use our website (https://zeloop.net/) and our mobile and web applications (including the ZeLoop app and ZeLoop Spotter) (together, the “Services”).

Depending on how you use the Services, we may collect:

- User-generated content: photos you submit for recycling validation, litter/bin spotting reports, messages to support.
- Location data: precise or approximate geolocation when you enable it (e.g., to validate submissions near mapped collection points).
- Device & usage data: identifiers, pages/screens viewed, timestamps, crash logs.
- Rewards & activity data: declared bottle counts, validation results, missions/challenges participation, leaderboard stats, tokens/rewards earned and redeemed.
- Communications: emails you send to us.
- Cookies and similar technologies (website): see Section 8.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive data (e.g., health, religion). Please do not submit such information.
3) Why we use your data (Purposes)
We use personal data to:
- Provide and operate the Services (account creation, app functionality, mapping, rewards, competitions).
- Validate recycling actions and prevent fraud/abuse.

- Validation and anti-fraud tooling: including automated image review and manual review for submissions.
- Partners for missions/rewards: where needed to run a corporate Eco Mission, provide vouchers, or report aggregated impact.

We do not sell your personal data.
